A Sunny outlook for Origin
Durkan has recently completed the construction of 29 apartments at 185-196 Great North Way, on behalf of Origin Housing. Now known as A1 apartments, these two, four-storey blocks will provide homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.

The views from the apartments look over Sunny Hill Park on one side and the green of Copthall Playing Fields to the other. The apartments were designed to be spacious and bright. The specification is fitting of a high quality scheme which also included a Community Orchard in the garden space. Durkan finished the scheme ahead of time and within budget and Origin launched the shared ownership securing a number of sales.
