We communicate with our employees on a regular basis through staff newsletters, email and notice boards. We also hold an annual staff conference which provides an overall strategic review of our business and future ambitions. The conference offers a great opportunity for employees to highlight any issues and concerns and helps determine training needs for the coming year.
