Durkan Ltd has been committed to public sector construction for over 40 years.
A true community contractor, our prime focus is on social housing. We work for local authorities and RSLs, both large and small, as well as undertaking projects in the health and education fields. To all sectors we bring a proactive, problem solving approach, honesty in our dealings, a commitment to quality and a strong community and resident focus.

For our social housing clients we undertake major estates regeneration projects and have an excellent reputation for our work refurbishing homes with residents in occupation. We also build new housing, using both traditional and modern methods of construction, and are involved in a number of partnering agreements.

In the health and education sectors we use a wide range of construction methods to build schools, nurseries, health facilities and student and health worker accommodation.
