The Durkan Group offer a wide range of construction, development, property investment and regeneration solutions. Founded in London in 1963 by William Durkan the group is currently divided into two companies.
Durkan Limited is recognised as one of the leading major contractors and providers of social housing in the south east of England and currently have over 2880 new homes in development. We also have vast construction and refurbishment experience in the education, healthcare and community sectors.
Durkan Estates develop new homes and apartments throughout London for private sale. We specialise in the high quality restoration and conversion of existing buildings and have won many awards for our developments.
Community and environmental considerations are embedded within our operations. By creating innovative and sustainable construction solutions we have a low impact on the environment and create a positive benefit to local environments.
