Contract Manager

A Durkan Contract Manager leads the project teams and provides direction and co-ordination to achieve the successful completion of projects.

They ensure that the Durkan quality procedures and health and safety procedures are implemented on site together with providing residents handbooks. They facilitate the production of a master programme for projects and monitor and report upon the progress measured against the master programme.
