A Durkan Estimator provides an estimating and cost management service to project teams to ensure that schemes are developed within a controlled budget and will achieve value for money and cost certainty.

They prepare quantified and costed budgets for projects that incorporate all information from specialist designers, suppliers and sub-contractors together with data generated by project teams.
