Project Manager

A Durkan Project Manager liases with all stakeholders to ensure that schemes are developed to achieve their maximum potential and are managed to minimise the disturbance to existing residents. They provide procurement schedules and site specific performance requirements to ensure that resources are available to achieve the desired programme.

They actively assist the site management teams and ensure that information and resources are made available on site to warrant a safe workplace, producing a high quality product within the pre-agreed timescale.
