Surveyor
A Durkan Surveyor works with various members of the project team to control and monitor expenditure in the procurement of resources necessary for the punctual delivery of each scheme.
They prepare interim valuations and submit them for the approval of the client or employers agent. They monitor the financial progress of each project, value any omissions or additions instructed by the client and final account for schemes following contract completion.
