Durkan understands that every client is different, with individual needs and requirements. So rather than having a one-size-fits-all procedure for customer care, we tailor-make our approach for each client.

Although we have an overarching customer care policy and a template to work from, we consult with the client on each individual scheme to develop a procedure to suit that scheme. Where appropriate, and with client approval, we also consult with residents to ensure the procedure incorporates any specific requirements they may have.

We have a dedicated customer care team, responsible for ensuring any defects are promptly rectified and working closely with the relevant contract manager to ensure the contract is completed to the satisfaction of everyone.
