Durkan Ltd appoints two Development Directors
Durkan Ltd continues to develop close relationships with all our clients. This has been recognised by our being appointed under 20 framework agreements with clients who want Durkan to be their chosen contractor.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Daren Nathan as Development Director, who will be finding, evaluating and offering sites to our Housing Association clients, which we can then construct on their behalf.
Our clients continue to require that we make submissions and bids to be appointed to their existing projects. Martin Lunn, in his capacity as Development Director, will co-ordinate our responses to these invitations.
We wish them both every success in their roles.
