Durkan Limited wins Gold award from RoSPA for second consecutive year
For the second year running, Durkan Limited has won the prestigious Gold Award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. The award will be presented at a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel in May 2008.
The Gold award recognises that Durkan Limited have a proven track record for achieving a very high level of performance, demonstrating well developed occupational health and safety management systems and culture, outstanding control of risk and very low levels of error, harm and loss.
Ian Cresswell, Director of Health, Safety and Environmental Management for Durkan Limited comments: “It is a testament to the hard work and commitment by the employees at Durkan Limited that we have received the gold award for the second year running. RoSPA have helped to guide Durkan to ensure that our employees can work in the safest environment possible.”

RoSPA is a registered charity established over 80 years ago and aims to campaign for change, influence opinion, contribute to debate, educate and inform - for the good of all. They do this by providing information, advice, resources and training.
