Durkan purchases 21 acre former Royal Military Academy site in Woolwich
Durkan Estates has just completed contracts with Defence Estates on the 250 year-old Royal Military Academy in London’s Woolwich. The 21 acre site was purchased for an amount in excess of £15m.
The selection was overseen by CB Richard Ellis and involved a design screening process which ensured the 120,000 sq ft of historic grade II listed buildings would be treated in a sympathetic manner.
This latest purchase brings the total acquisition by Durkan Estates to well over 500 units in the past year.
