Project information
Durkan are constructing a 27 unit development in Hoxton, one of London’s most vibrant areas.
The development will involve the demolition of existing buildings and the design and build of a 7-storey block. This impressive scheme, designed by JCMT Architects, will provide dwellings for affordable rent in a mix of 1 to 4-bedroom apartments.
To achieve code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, the development will include a range of sustainable and energy saving technologies including photovoltaic panels which will provide electricity, green roofs to support the plant life and attenuate water, and high quality insulation to guarantee low U-values.
On-site parking and cycle storage will also be provided.
