The project will be constructed in 3 blocks with a basement car park, 147 cycle bays, landscaped areas and a children’s play area will also be included.
The flagship project will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, a biomass boiler will provide heat and hot water to all units and green roofs will offer sustainable benefits.
