Project information

Following the demolition of 28 existing properties, Durkan are constructing 79 new homes; 43 will be for private sale, 13 intermediate and 23 social rented. The new homes will be a mix of 1 and 2-bedroomed flats and 2,3 and 4-bedroomed houses.  The scheme also includes the provision of 80 car parking space (eight of which are for disabled parking) and 79 secure cycle storage spaces.  All properties will have private amenity space through balconies, terraces or enclosed gardens.

The development has been designed to achieve a CfSH Level 4 rating and will feature 20% renewables through the installation of photovoltaic panels to all houses and apartment blocks.
