Currently in progress is the Larden Road development in Acton, West London. This £71m development includes partly converting and altering the existing building and erecting new buildings ranging in height between 2 and 8 storeys. The new construction will provide 499 residential units, 375 affordable housing and 124 for sale, as well as 500m2 commercial space which will include a doctors surgery, a cafe and retail units. The new community will be situated in a convenient location close to local amenities with the main high street and 2 train stations being just a short walk away and the A406 and M4 in easy reach by car.
