Following the demolition of a former petrol station and the removal of existing underground tanks, Durkan constructed a 5-storey apartment block providing 32 homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale.
The homes are a mix of 1 to 3 bedroom apartments,; one of the ground floor apartments is fully wheelchair accessible. the outdoor space includes a landscaped communal garden, enclosed space for 32 bikes and a garage for 16 cars.
