Project information

The design and construction of 59 mixed tenure dwellings, situated to the south of a school site at Charles Lamb School, Popham Road, Islington. The site comprises of a five-storey block of one and two bedroom flats and a four-storey block offering 23 affordable units. Whilst lift access is provided to most of the units, three of the ground-floor flats have been designed for wheelchair users with disabled-car parking spaces close by. Car club spaces and generous secure cycle spaces have been provided for the other residents. The housing looks over a green public open space which has been improved as part of the development.
