Project information
Durkan are constructing a large development, up to 7-storeys with basement, to provide 38 apartments for mixed tenure; eighteen will be for affordable rent and twenty for shared ownership. There will be six commercial units on the ground floor.
The development will achieve CfSH Level3. To achieve this fifty cycle spaces will be provided as well as a green roof to encourage wildlife. and solar panels to maximise the availability of natural light.
The development will be constructed using timber panels, which promotes low carbon, low waste and is a good insulator.
