We employ Resident Liaison Officers whose primary responsibility is to our clients’ tenants and the surrounding community. We take on local trainees, educate young people about safety on building sites and invest in numerous community initiatives.

We don’t just do this out of a sense of altruism. It makes good business sense too. RLOs enable us to keep projects on schedule and vastly reduce complaints. By training local people we invest in our own future as well as theirs. And by being sensitive to the people whose lives are affected by our work we help keep everyone happy.
