Project information
Durkan's project at the Sydenham Renal Dialysis Unit on behalf of the King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust comprises of the refurbishment and alterations of the existing industrial units to form a new satellite renal dialysis facility.
The works include the strip-out of the original units, structural rapairs, installation of new partitions, doors, finishes, fittings and services. Minor external works and new drainage will also be included.
