From major estates regeneration, through Decent Homes Standard projects, to smaller one-off refurbishments, Durkan’s experience is second to none. Working with residents in occupation is a speciality of ours and we have an excellent reputation for our sensitivity and flexibility in this area. Our Resident Liaison Officers work closely with residents and all our site workers are trained to be polite, helpful and tidy in their work. This approach ensures the minimum disruption to residents during what is always a stressful time for them.
