2010 RIBA Award For Durkan project
Durkan are delighted to announce that our project at Yew Tree Lodge in Ruislip has won a 2010 RIBA Award.
The a sheltered housing development, designed by Duggan Morris Architects has now recieved 4 awards for its design standards which promote greater ownership and encourages social interaction between residents. RIBA President Ruth Reed said: "The RIBA Awards always give an opportunity for gem-like small projects and less established practices to shine through and this year is no exception. Far from being a size prize, the RIBA Awards are for buildings that offer value to people's lives."
