The site upon which the property sits has recently been granted full planning consent for redevelopment which comprises retail, office and residential space, with associated car parking and amenity space.
The residential element of the scheme equates to 86 units in total (60 private and 26 affordable units).
The retail element comprises 11,916 sq ft (1,107 sq m) (gross internal) and is located on the ground floor only.
The office element comprises 41,280 sq ft (3,835 sq m) (net internal), of which 4,068 sq ft (378 sq m) is on the ground floor and 35,898 sq ft (3,335 sq m) spread over the first to fifth floors. There is a reception area on the ground floor of 1,313 sq ft (122 sq m).
The private residential element of the scheme is situated on the corner of The Broadway and Stanley Road from first to sixth floors while the affordable element is situated in a block to the rear of the site on Stanley Road from ground to fifth floor.
The scheme has the benefit of 46 secure underground car parking spaces, of which seven are provided for the commercial space. Vehicular access to the scheme will be provided via Stanley Road. Cycle parking is also provided in the secure underground car park.
