Durkan awarded £5 million project
Octavia Housing & Care have recently awarded Durkan a £5 million scheme at Sulgrave Gardens in Hammersmith.

The project comprises the construction of 31 dwellings, including houses for private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. 10% of the homes will have wheelchair access and have been designed to comply with the D&QS standards, HQI and Secured by Design. In a bold move, Octavia, assisted by Durkan's technical team, are including two blocks which are to achieve Passivhaus certification and the remainder to be constructed to Passivhaus design.
