Durkan Estates acquire Gun Wharf site in Bow

Durkan Estates have acquired a site in Old Ford Road, Bow, known as Gun Wharf.

Architects Stock Woolstencroft have been appointed to design a high quality design led mixed tenure scheme.

This desirable location overlooks both the Victoria Park and the Hertford Union canal. A planning application is expected to be submitted early next year.
