Durkan Estates project wins 2010 Housing Project of The Year award
Durkan Estate's project at Gun Wharf in Bow has won The 2010 Daily Telegraph British Homes Awards in the Housing Project of the Year category.

The project, designed by Stock Woolstencroft, is comprised of 121 mixed use apartments as well as vast commercial space, situated on the banks of the Hertford Union Canal overlooking Victoria Park. This is the second year in a row a Durkan project has won a British Homes Award. In 2009, Durkan's Yew Tree Lodge project won the award for Affordable Housing Development of the Year.
