Durkan in partnership with the Shakespeare Globe Trust
Durkan are adding to our portfolio of community construction projects with the remodeling and re-construction of a Victorian warehouse on behalf of the Shakespeare Globe Trust. Durkan will provide a new education centre, rehearsal studios and ancillary accommodation at the site in Bankside. The original façade of the warehouse will be retained and a contemporary glass roof will be constructed.

The rehearsal studios at the centre will replicate exactly the size and layout of the Shakespeare Globe stage.
