Durkan Ltd's latest development with Community Housing Association
Community developer Durkan Ltd has been selected to undertake a £7.3m development project on the site of a disused running track for Community Housing Association.
The development at Plaistow High Street, E13 comprises the new build of 57 apartments of mixed sizes varying between 3 and 5 storeys high, some apartments will include duplex layouts. The L shaped building will be situated on the corner of the site whilst the remaining areas will be extensively landscaped for communal gardens, play areas and associated residents parking.
