Durkan sites and developments are performing well above the national average
Based on NHBC reports, Durkan are proud to announce we are performing well above the national average and continue to reduce the number of reportable items per inspection year on year.
All of Durkan's housing developments are registered with the UK's standard setting body, the NHBC (National House-Building Council). Sites are regularly inspected by the NHBC, up to handover, to ensure that Durkan's construction standards meet theirs. Inspections are focused on specified key stages for each plot including foundations, superstructure and pre-handover.
