Durkan supports young athletes
Durkan recently sponsored a table at the "Starting Blocks" dinner, which was held at Charlton Athletic Football ground.
Our guests for the evening included David Bolarinwa, a 16 year old who recently recorded the fastest time in the world over 100 metres, at the Youth Olympics in Singapore. David is expected to be one of our top hopes for gold in future Olympic World & Commonwealth Games. "Starting Blocks" is a charitable trust that raises money to provide bursaries that will help young sporting talent to achieve their aspirations.
