Durkan win two Considerate Constructors Scheme awards
On 12 April, Durkan attended the Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards Ceremony at Plaisterers Hall, London, where Alan Reilly, Site Manager, was presented with a Silver Award for Aylesbury Estate, Phase 1a, and Martin Walsh, Site Manager, was presented with a Bronze Award for East Dulwich Estate.

The awards are presented to the top 7.5% of sites registered with the Scheme; 8,500 sites were eligible for the awards. Each site is judged on eight areas; Considerate, Environmental, Appearance, A Good Neighbour, Respectful, Safety, Responsible and Accountable. This is the first year that Durkan has been nominated for a CCS National Award and to receive two awards demonstrates Durkan's commitment to the aims of the Scheme.
