Durkan work with Carbon Footprint to reduce emissions
Durkan have teamed up with Carbon Footprint Limited to further reduce the amount of carbon emissions we create.

The first step of the carbon management programme will enable Durkan to gain an independent and thorough understanding of our current green-house gas (GHG) emissions produced in our day-to-day activities through burning fossil fuels for electricity, heating and transportation. The Carbon Footprint is measuring Durkan’s CO2 emissions in units and will utilise this information to help us appraise and reduce our emissions, both on site and in our offices. Full training and support to staff and supply chains regarding Durkan’s Carbon Footprint is in progress. We plan to publish our carbon footprint in Spring 2010.
