Premium refunds from the NHBC
The NHBC (National House Building Council) is the UK's leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes in the UK and during the past 15 years, Durkan has registered numerous homes with them.
We are very proud of the fact that not one claim has been made on any of these homes during this period and because of this Durkan has recently received a major refund from the NHBC. This clearly demonstrates that Durkan has maintained a high level of quality control and construction quality in all the new homes we have built.
