Trees Extra Care, Highgate (Broadlands) was awarded ‘Best of Design’ in the Housebuilder Awards 2011. Described as the ‘multi-storey champion’, the project design embraces many of the principle details in the HAPPI (Housing and Ageing Population: Panel of Innovation) Report.

Judges commented that ‘it is the best of it’s kind in Europe with every aspect of the development researched and applied to ensure the comfort of the older residents it is built for’.
