Engagement is essential for resident empowerment and social cohesion and we achieve this by establishing regular and honest dialogue with all established resident groups and resident representatives, from open days to work experience and estate inspection walks with residents.

Our approach to providing an excellent resident liaison service isn't just dependent on the RLOs, but is engrained into the site team with the ethos of "Would you accept this is your Mother's home?"
