existing property, and allowing you to relax and look forward to life in your new Durkan home.

5 steps to make your move simple

1 – Choose your new Durkan home and register with our Assisted Move service.

2 –  We’ll arrange for one or more trusted local estate agents to value your existing property, and agree a selling price.*

3 – We’ll work with the estate agent to market your property.

4- When a buyer is found you can reserve your Durkan home.

5 – Once completed, we’ll even pay the estate agent’s fees.
