Awarding High Standards
Everything about our development in Bengeo, The Stiles, screams quality – from the charming new homes to their beautifully landscaped setting so it’s no surprise that the development has now also been recognised for its high standards of construction and site management.
The Bricks Site Recognition Awards are run by the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Warranty scheme and recognise excellent standards of workmanship and overall management of the site, including health and safety matters and general tidiness.
Sites are scored by LABC Warranty risk management surveyors during their inspection visits, which take place regularly through construction. Those sites that score consistently highly for general co-operation with inspectors, health and safety, site tidiness, standards of site management and standards of workmanship are nominated for a Site Recognition Award.
