A pub and brewery with a heritage as rich as Hertford itself, the Woolpack has been a McMullen pub since 1856 (and brewing since 1743). Just off the River Lea, you’re greeted by roaring fires and the historic timber bones of the building, but with an up-to-date, modern twist. Stop in for a locally brewed ale, or grab a bite of their burgers, dirty fries, wings, or sharing plates.
