Our homes at Hatfield East are perfect for those looking for easy access into London. The town’s train station is just a short stroll away and you can find yourself in the capital in just 20 minutes.

London, Luton and Stansted airports are the nearest airports to Hatfield if you’re looking to travel overseas.

Hatfield has two popular shopping areas. The Stable Yard, near Hatfield House, is home to a range of independent businesses – including gift, arts, and jewellery shops. Throughout the year, you’ll also find a number of events on the weekends. The Stable Yard hosts events ranging from buskers and live music to beer festivals, so there’s truly something for everyone.

If you’re looking for a shopping centre with big brand outlets and well-known high street names then visit The Galleria. Fashion, gaming, sportswear, toys – you name it, you’ll find it.

You’ll never be short on places to grab your weekly shop at our homes in Hatfield East. With a number of neighbouring convenience stores, you’ll also not have to travel far for the nearby Asda superstore.

There are a number of things that you can do in the area – a fantastic reason to buy a new home in Hatfield. The famous Hatfield House is less than a mile from our homes – giving you the perfect chance to explore the spectacular countryside steeped in over 400 years of history. Hatfield House and Park has been the setting for a variety of television and film productions,  ranging from Netflix’s romantic hit series, Bridgerton to the classic UK comedy, Hot Fuzz.

Hatfield House has held a number of events over the years. ‘Classic Ibiza’ brought the party island to Hertfordshire, featuring tracks from the likes of Groove Armada, Faithless and The Prodigy. If rock is more your scene, then you’re in luck as the Slam Dunk festival descends on Hatfield each year. In its history, the festival has hosted the likes of Sum 41, Neck Deep and Don Broco! Over the years big name acts such as Michael Bublé, Paloma Faith, UB40 and Elton John have performed at Hatfield House.

If you’re looking for somewhere to take the kids, then there are a range of fun things you can do. Hatfield is home to a number of soft play areas, sports and activities centres, and even a rollercity!

For a proper family day-out, you’re just a 20 minute drive from Paradise Wildlife Park – a zoo hosting a world of animals include tigers, wolves, zebra, meercats, foxes and so much more! The park is also home to 30 spectacular animatronic life-size dinosaurs.

Of course, being just 20 minutes from London, you have easy access to all of the amazing attractions you can find in the capital.
