Our homes in Kennington are just a few minutes walk from the nearby tube station that sits on the Northern Line. This means you have easy access to areas all over London, as far south as Clapham and Wimbledon, and as far north as Camden and Hampstead – all sitting on the same line.

If you’re looking to venture out of the capital, then connections to National Rail services are only minutes away on the tube. Travelling to Europe? Consider departing from St Pancras International train station.

Thanks to its easy transport links to the City of London and the West End, as well as an influx of the younger generation, Kennington has experienced gentrification since the turn of the century. Sitting in a well-established residential area, you’ll have everything you need on your doorstep at our homes in Kennington. There are a number of local supermarkets and convenience stores, as well as some lovely pubs, restaurants, and cafés – all within walking distance.

Being in London, you’ll never be short on things to do. Home to world-famous landmarks, amazing experiences, and a buzzing nightlife; you’ll certainly never be bored! However, you don’t need to stray too far from our new builds in Kennington to find something to do.

Kennington is a huge draw for cricket fans up and down the country. Renowned cricket ground, The Oval, has been home to the Surrey Country Cricket Club since it opened way back in 1845. The ground is also known to hold international games – perhaps most notably when it held the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy Final between Pakistan and India.

Step back in time and visit London’s Imperial War Museum to discover first-person accounts of the people who were forced to live in a world torn apart by war. The museum also looks at the continuing influence of war today.

The stunning Victorian-era public Kennington Park is less than a ten-minute walk away from our homes. With its graceful mature trees, flower garden and bustling wildfire, the park has retained all the biodiverse features that contribute to its very relaxed atmosphere. You’ll also find a children’s playground, café and an array of sports facilities – including astroturf pitches for football and netball, and a number of tennis courts.

Sitting right behind the Manor apartments of Manor & Braganza is Pasley Park – a stunning green space, perfect for walks and the site of a former zoo (home to giraffes, lions and tigers, bears, white rhinos, elephants, and baboons!).

The vibrant lifestyle district, Elephant & Castle is close by. The centrepiece, Elephant Park, has an array of restaurants, retail, and open space for everyone to enjoy – it is one of the best-known places south of the river. A short tube ride away is the new Battersea Power Station hub. The icon London landmark has undergone huge redevelopment and, in 2022, it opened its doors to the public – featuring a number of shops, bars, restaurants, and leisure facilities!
