Durkan Homes and Picture Living join forces

London and Home Counties housebuilder, Durkan Homes, and Thriving Investments’ (formally PfP Capital) Private Rented Sector operator, Picture Living, have signed an agreement to bring 28 private rental homes to market in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

The mixture of three- and four-bedroom homes will be available to rent on the open market, the first of which are live and available now, and will be professionally managed via Picture Living’s property managers, Touchstone.

The houses form part of Wintringham, a new community by master developer Urban&Civic, which has wellbeing at its heart and provides a mix of tenures accommodating differing customer requirements and needs. Renters will start to move in this month, further adding to the established Wintringham community.
