Durkan Homes retains prestigious customer satisfaction awards

We’re proud to have been awarded Home Builders Federation’s (HBF) 5-star house builder status, and In-house’s Gold award, for the second year running.

Both awards are industry hallmarks for quality and customer service in housebuilding.  Retaining both of the highest awards again this year cements our position as one of the leading builders of high-quality homes in the country.

These awards are only given to developers who show commitment to the buyer at every level, and achieve an exceptional level of customer satisfaction that’s demonstrated through feedback from new homeowners.

These awards are some of the most comprehensive industry research exercises in the country. To achieve both, developers must receive recommendations from 90% or more of their surveyed customers.

Ultimately, the awards help guide home buyers in their decision to purchase a property, steering them to builders that deliver a great buying experience and are creating excellent homes people will love.
