We are pleased to share that the Guinness Partnership has appointed Durkan Regen to its £250 million remediation framework.
Throughout the four-year contract, we will be employing our comprehensive service offer, supporting the housing association’s work to remediate its residential and mixed-use developments.

The contract will see us deliver specialist regeneration work, including replacing facades, refurbishing balconies and upgrading lifts, as well as upgrading fire safety systems and undertaking compliance surveys.
The project will also include safety-critical activity such as structural repairs, replacing cladding and ensuring mechanical and electrical compliance.
