Durkan secure £26.7M Contract with Southwark Council
Durkan has recently signed a development agreement with Southwark Council to deliver Commercial Way in Peckham, London.
The project will comprise of 109 mixed tenure flats with associated hard and soft landscaping.
The pre-construction process has commenced, as we look to start enabling works on site in November 2020.
