Durkan, a leading London and Home Counties homebuilder, will deliver 87 new homes in Hatfield following the exchange of contracts with Hertfordshire County Council and Danes Educational Trust – with agreement facilitating multiple new improvements for Onslow St Audrey’s School in Hatfield.
Located on the land disposal site at Onslow St Audrey’s School, Durkan will deliver a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes. The development will include 17 affordable housing homes – 14 affordable rented and 3 shared ownership.
Danes Educational Trust and Hertfordshire County Council, will use the land receipt generated as part of the new development to build new school buildings and improve the school’s existing facilities.
