Durkan have announced the appointment of Tim Carpenter as its new Group New Business Director.
Durkan has secured planning consent for a development of 293 new homes in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The site forms a key part of the major Wintringham development, part of the strategic expansion of Cambridgeshire’s largest town, which is being led by master developer Urban & Civic.
Durkan are delighted to have retained its current Standard Level of accreditation after undertaking an Investors In People assessment in September in which we achieved a fantastic response rate of 93% from our employees.
On Saturday 21st November, Durkan employees joined the dedicated volunteer group ‘Ethelburga SOS Angels’ as they prepared, delivered and handed out food boxes to local Ethelburga Estate residents who have been affected by the social and economic fallout of Covid-19.
