In June this year we were delighted to announce that Project Director, Tony Gallagher, won an NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award for the work he and his team delivered for Notting Hill Housing at the Manor Place site in Elephant and Castle. As a Quality Award winner Tony progressed to the next stage of the competition where, last week, he was awarded a Seal of Excellence Award for London and the South East. The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards celebrate Site Directors and Managers who demonstrate excellence and commitment to producing homes of outstanding quality. It is the highest industry accolade they can receive and represents success for them, their team and associated trades. More than 250 judges across the UK apply a robust and meticulous judging process to around 16,000 sites across the UK to select the Pride in the Job Award winners. Manor Place is at the heart of a wider push for regeneration in Elephant and Castle. The development was completed in July and features 272 residential apartments in addition to 3730 sqm of commercial space. You can read more about the development here.
