We’re proud to have completed our 1,000th refurbishment as part of our ongoing partnership with L&Q.
This milestone is a reflection of the hard work of our site teams, resident liaison officers and supply chain partners, helping to deliver improved homes with care for residents.
Across our External Works and Kitchen & Bathroom programmes, we’re helping to modernise homes with upgraded kitchens and bathrooms and new windows and front doors that improve day-to-day living and bring homes up to modern safety standards.
To mark the achievement, we held a prize draw for residents. The external works prize was awarded to an L&Q resident in Tower Hamlets, while the second prize went to a resident receiving a Kitchen & Bathroom installation in East London.
It’s a great milestone for the programme and our partnership with L&Q, and we look forward to celebrating the next one.
