Daniel leads Durkan’s strategic direction, building on the foundation established by his father, William Durkan. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its capabilities whilst maintaining its commitment to quality, safety and community benefit.

Daniel’s vision encompasses substantial investment in growth, sustainability and innovation to ensure Durkan remains a leading construction and regeneration partner.

Ronan is responsible for the development and implementation of Group strategy. He also oversees all operational activities of Durkan.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector having worked with a range of investors and operating businesses.

Ian is a commercially focused finance professional with over 20 years’ experience across corporate, commercial and operational finance.

He qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC where he specialised in M&A transactions and capital markets. He brings extensive property development experience having held senior leadership roles in the data centre and housebuilding sectors, including with Berkeley Homes.

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Dan has operated regionally and nationally across a broad range of sectors, including asset regeneration, specialist refurbishment and new build. Dan leads Durkan’s regeneration business.

Drawing on his extensive experience in senior leadership roles at tier one construction organisations, Dan is focused on expanding Durkan in response to market demand from across the housing and community regeneration sectors.

Kim is an RTPI qualified planner with over 20 years’ post qualified experience and a  broad range of planning skills gained through a diverse range of roles, including strategic projects with a particular focus on residential developments.

Drawing on her experience with Bellway, Crest Nicholson and McCarthy Stone, Kim is working to secure planning permissions and deliver high quality homes and sustainable communities.

James is a Sales & Marketing Director with over 23 years of industry experience. Having worked across both the housebuilding and agency sectors, he has held senior positions with leading organisations including Savills, Berkeley Group, and Ballymore.

At Durkan Homes, James oversees all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care, ensuring that the company delivers exceptional service and market-leading developments from first enquiry through to completion.

Adina is responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of digital ways of working across the organisation. With 18 years’ experience in architecture, engineering and construction, Adina brings a wealth of knowledge in the digital transformation space having worked for Make Architects and Lendlease Development.

Adina is responsible for driving the digitalisation of our projects whilst ensuring compliance with current international best practice and standards.

Having started his career with Kier, Gary has worked at Durkan for over 20 years and now leads the technical and quality delivery across all areas of the business. He oversees our approach to design, quality and regulatory compliance to deliver long-term value to our customers.

Working closely with our design teams, contractors, and partners, he is committed to delivering homes and communities that are safe, sustainable, and built to last. With a that passion lies in ensuring technical excellence and helping Durkan shape places that make a positive difference for the people who live in them.

Russell is an experienced Operations Director, a fellow of the CIOB, and a Chartered Environmentalist with over 20 years’ of industry experience. Having worked with regional mid-sized developers and contractors, he brings a deep understanding of complex project delivery.

Russell oversees the operational execution of our projects, ensuring that all on-site work is carried out safely, to the highest quality standards, and delivered on time. His commitment to excellence helps ensure every home meets the expectations of our customers.

Paul’s focus is on building long-term partnerships with existing clients and creating new relationships to support the business growth.  With more than 15 years experience in the social housing sector, Paul has a strong track record in leading bid, business development and marketing teams.

Paul ensures that a trusted, client-focused approach remains at the heart of our ethos and delivery.

Laura leads the people function at Durkan, shaping and delivering the company’s strategic people agenda. With 20 years working in HR and the past 11 years within the construction industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge in developing high-performing teams and fostering a supportive, inclusive culture.

Laura is a CIPD member, who is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. She is also a qualified Leadership Coach and holds a DiSC profile certification, enabling her to strengthen leadership capability and collaboration across the business.

Stacey leads as Head of Customer Service for Durkan Homes and has spent several years developing her career within Durkan, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service for the housebuilding sector. Her commitment to quality and customer satisfaction reflects her longstanding passion for the housebuilding industry.

Prior to this role, Stacey’s professional background includes experience in sales & lettings as well as project management across both residential and commercial office developments.

With over a decade of experience in housebuilding and construction, Sophie has played a key role in delivering and implementing multi award-winning marketing strategies and campaigns for a range of new build and regeneration projects across London and the Northern Home Counties.

Sophie is passionate about pushing the boundaries of property marketing, always looking for innovative ways to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape. Her expertise lies in creating engaging, forward-thinking campaigns that drive results.

Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the housebuilding sector, starting his career as a site engineer before concentrating on land and development. Drawing upon his experience built up with developers such as the Berkeley Group, Persimmon and Bewley Homes, Stephen is responsible for securing land opportunities to meet the businesses desire to grow the housebuilding division.

Nigel is responsible for quality within the Durkan Group. This includes driving quality standards throughout our projects and educating our supply chain about Durkan’s quality expectations.

Nigel has held various roles in his 47 years in the construction industry starting as an apprentice carpenter, going on to be a project finishing foreman, then site project manager delivering numerous completed buildings to clients.  More recently a shared focus with quality has been fire remediation of existing buildings which need a forensic mindset to review clients reports and checking drawings and building regulations from the time of build and providing solutions on remediation.

With over 20 years’ of leadership experience in health & safety, Mark has worked across a diverse range of high-risk industries including rail, construction, facilities management and logistics. Mark has held senior leadership roles at Director and Head of Function level, where he has supported both operational and project teams in developing practical strategies, implementing improvement plans and strengthening safety culture.

Drawing on his extensive experience, Mark combines strong governance with hands-on operational support, ensuring that health and safety policies are not only compliant but effective in real-world environments.

An experienced Operations Director with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, managing large-scale regeneration projects from conception to completion. Known for the ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards, while successfully managing budgets. Chartered construction manager and possesses expertise in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and team leadership. Proven success in leading diverse teams and implementing innovative techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
